T-Tubes® is the FM 4910 Clean Room Protocol approved, state of the art insulation system designed for 21st Century Clean Rooms; specifically developed for stainless steel process lines in clean and sterile environments. Each component in the T-Tubes® system is thermoformed from closed cell, cross-linked ZOTEK® F PVDF (Polyvinyldenefluoride) foam. This unique closed cell nature of the foam inhibits moisture and vapour ingress, while thermoforming provides a durable, cleanable, puncture resistant skin. T-Tubes® have a working temperature range of –80°C to +160°C making them ideal for both low and high temperature insulation, on applications from chilled water/Glycol to superheated steam.
